If you are a foreign investor

If your company resides in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South East Asia and wishes to invest in the states, you can obtain L1 non-immigration visa for legal resident. Two years after your L1 visa, you can apply for permanent residence. Your immediate family can then apply for L2 visa for their legal residence. If you are a sole investor, our Limited Liability Company structure is suitable for foreign investors to participate as an executive member of the board or a partner.
